What to include
Reporting a bug in a tool? The tool name, what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. A sample of the input helps enormously — but please strip anything confidential first, since an email is not the private channel the tool itself is.
Requesting a new tool? Tell us what you are trying to do rather than just naming the tool. The underlying problem often has a better solution than the one people ask for.
Asking about privacy? See the privacy policy first — it covers most questions, including how to make a data request. Anything it does not answer, ask.
Licensing or commercial use? Get in touch. The tools are free to use, including at work.
What we cannot help with
We cannot debug your code, your site or your configuration, and we cannot recover a password or a file you did not save. Because the tools run entirely in your browser and store nothing, we have no copy of anything you processed — there is no server-side record to retrieve.
